Reese Witherspoon may be in hot pursuit of a new romance.
The Morning Show actress was photographed walking with German financier Oliver Haarmann in New York City Sept. 4, more than a month after they first sparked romance rumors.
For the outing, Reese, 48, wore a short sleeve, black mini dress with matching strappy sandals. Oliver, 56, sported a navy blazer, blue shirt, khakis and brown shoes. The two were seen leaving a building together to catch a ride.
The Oscar winner and Oliver, a founding partner of Searchlight Capital Partners, have been spotted together a few times in recent weeks. They were photographed arriving Sept. 1 at a New York City heliport with the actress' two sons: Deacon Phillippe, 20, who she shares with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, and Tennessee Toth, 11, who she shares with ex-husband Jim Toth.
Reese—who is also mom to daughter Ava Phillippe, 24, with Ryan—first sparked romance rumors with Oliver in late July, when they were photographed out to dinner in New York City. However, the Legally Blonde actress and Oliver, who shares two sons with ex-wife Mala Gaonkar, have yet to address the relationship publicly.
E! News has reached out to Reese's rep for comment and has not heard back.
Prior to fueling romance rumors with Oliver, Reese settled her divorce from Jim in August 2023 after 12 years of marriage.
"It is with a great deal of care and consideration that we have made the difficult decision to divorce," the actress and the talent agent said in a joint statement in March 2023 "We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness and mutual respect for everything we have created together."
At the time, a source told E! News the split was "amicable." "There is no drama, no event or reason," the insider added. "They are just two people who have made this decision with the utmost love and respect and love for their child. You will see them out there co-parenting together."
