Fly Channing Tatum to the toilet.
The Magic Mike alum and his fiancée Zoë Kravitz confessed that while filming their new movie, Blink Twice, in Mexico, Channing spent 12 hours in the bathroom after he and costar Simon Rex swallowed too much pool water during a party.
“Remember we had that party, Chan, and you and Simon were both wrestling in the pool," Zoë recalled in a Buzzfeed video published Aug. 23, “and then you guys swallowed pool water but we are in Mexico, and you were puking?”
Channing, 44, didn't deny the Batman actress' account, admitting that he was throwing up "for 12 hours"—a possible symptom of dysentery, which can occur after "eating food or water that is contaminated with bacteria or viruses," according to University of Indiana.
"I couldn't leave the bathroom," he continued. “The doctor had to come and give me a shot in the butt to make it all OK.”
But the couple—who confirmed their engagement in 2023 after two years of dating—have certainly learned to laugh about the whole situation, with Zoë, 35, quipping, "It was a sick party."
And those aren't the only behind-the-scenes details that have been revealed about Blink Twice, which was directed and co-written by Zoë and stars Channing, Naomi Ackie, Christian Slater, Haley Joel Osment and Levon Hawke.
In fact, Levon—who plays Lucas in the film—previously detailed what the High Fidelity alum and Step Up actor's on-set dynamic was like during production.
"Every second after every take, they'd meet up after and have a little head-to-head about how it was going," the 22-year-old told E! News in August. "And they're on the same page constantly and when they weren't, it was only ever to build the story."
Noting that Zoë and Channing always "listened to each other and learned and grew together" throughout the process, he went on to explain why their interactions wound up being "deeply inspiring" for him.
"It felt both special just to be there working on it," Levon said, "and also, just to see people so in love, working so hard together."
He added, "I didn't really think it could be done, and I was so happy it could."

In a June 2021 interview with Deadline, Channing Tatum shared how honored he was that Zoë Kravitz thought to include him in her directorial debut, Pussy Island.
Amid rumblings of a romance, Tatum and Kravitz appeared to confirm their relationship status in Aug. 2021 with a sweet bike ride around New York City. "There's more than a friendship going on with Channing and Zoe," a source told E! News at the time. "They are spending a lot of time together and having fun. They are more than just close friends or co-stars. Their relationship has grown into more."
Though they initially posed separately on the 2021 Met Gala red carpet, the duo was photographed exiting the star-studded event together. Tatum even shared a photo with Kravitz on his Instagram Story from the after-party.
For their first Halloween together, the pair dressed up as Robert De Niro and Jodie Foster's characters from the film Taxi Driver.
During a chat with GQ, published in Nov. 2022, Kravitz said of Tatum, "He's just a wonderful human. He makes me laugh and we both really love art and talking about art and the exploration of why we do what we do. We love to watch a film and break it down and talk about it and challenge each other."
After over two years of dating, multiple outlets confirmed that Kravitz and Tatum are engaged to be married.
